She said she rarely attends races, but he insisted she come watch him compete. Adams described the day as happy and said she was with him, his girlfriend, and her family before the accident. She said she later saw police and emergency vehicles rushing toward the scene. Adams said Raynor leaves behind two young children and was known as a kind, outgoing man who helped others.
